The heat source for the home is an efficient hot water baseboard system, which runs off a natural gas boiler. The home also gets a lot of heat from passive solar through the large south-facing windows. There is a blaze-king wood stove in the living room that will heat much of the main living area as well. There is one Natural gas water heater, and the master bathroom has a separate electric water heater. The Master Bedroom is over 900 sf, with a finished loft for additional storage or craft/sewing/fly-tying etc! Crawlspace access is in kitchen pantry, laundry room, and master closet.
