Chase was born in Jackson, Wyoming and lived there for several years before relocating to southern Nevada with his family. They continued to come back every summer to enjoy the mountain landscapes of Wyoming, and eventually to work a sizable family ranch in Sublette County, something he continues to do to this day. Chase has an innate understanding of how to work a ranch and manage large areas of land, due to his personal involvement with ranching. He also has experience working as a general contractor involved in commercial and custom home building. Throughout his life, Chase has been involved in land development within both Sublette County and southern Nevada. Chase moved to Pinedale permanently in 2006 with his wife, and they have enjoyed benefits of raising their three children in a small, western community.
Chase attained his Real Estate License in 2011. In 2017, he purchased High Mountain Real Estate because of its reputation as a top producer in Sublette County for over 30 years. High Mountain Real Estate boasts incredibly knowledgeable and passionate agents who have set the bar for honesty and integrity within the real estate market in Sublette County. With high-ranking agents and committed, dedicated service, High Mountain Real Estate continues to be the proven selling brokerage in Sublette County.

I'm a Sublette County native. I grew up on the family ranch on the Cottonwood Creeks between Pinedale and Big Piney. I have fond memories of haying in the summers on the "Upper Ranch" above Daniel. I have watched the county grow and prosper and know most every mountain top and river valley. I share my love of the outdoors and active lifestyle with my husband Ron, born and raised in Pinedale and now retired after managing Faler's General Store for 40 years. We celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary 12/26/16. We are avid fishermen, snowmobilers and we both hunt and play golf. We still pull the grandkids water skiing and haven't gotten rid of our ski's yet but have yet to try them out for a couple years now. When spending quiet time at home I knit, paint and read. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to help friends old and new. It's been especially rewarding seeing the younger generation stay and work in Sublette County and realize their dream of home ownership.
I was licensed in 1997 and went to work in this office for Cathy Caskey after gaining a broad business background and extensive customer service experience working 25 years in the local telephone company business office. I purchased the brokerage from the Caskey's in 2001 when they decided to move to MN. I have made it a priority to increase my knowledge of the business over the years by taking advanced learning classes at every opportunity. I have earned 7 professional designations to date, each of which has helped me help my clients and customers. I sold the Brokerage to Chase Harber September 1, 2017 and know that he will continue to honor the standards I strived to set during my 20 years as agent & Broker/owner. I will continue to work for Chase as an Associate Broker although I hope to be spending a little more time fishing and golfing now.
I could almost be considered a "long-time" resident of Sublette County as I've been here for 14 years now. My connection to the area goes way back though - to the 1960's actually (having family and friends here). I have come to know Sublette County very well, in many aspects, during this time. Originally having retired from UPS, as a Corporate Manager, with 31 years of experiences there, I now have over 13 years under my belt as a Realtor. Combining the skills from both careers has made me a better Realtor in many ways. Nothing could beat the practical, on-the-job experiences, which have been learned in those 13+ years of real estate though. Add that to having relocated 7 times with UPS, and working with "my" Realtors all those times, provided even more training. All combined, these experiences provide a much better grasp of how best to help my clients (either Buyers or Sellers) with their real estate needs. I would be proud to help you with any real estate services that you may have, be it either from the smallest parcel of vacant land (which may hold your dream home someday) to the largest luxury homes / retirement homes / cabins, or ranches, in the Northwestern Wyoming area (God's Country! - Mountain Country)! Call me, e-mail me, text me, send smoke signals, drop by High Mountain Real Estate, however you like -- I'd be honored to help you! I'll be looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Long-time resident of Sublette County, my husband, Joe and I enjoy all that the area has to offer. In our spare time, we enjoy snowmachining in the winter and boating and camping on Fremont lake in the summer, and I spend time with my Dad on the golf course. With two young children, Kooper and Kaylee our days are busy as we make sure we teach our children about this great place we call home. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2010, Owner/Operator of The Pro Shop at Rendezvous Meadows Golf Course and I have enjoyed all of the people that I have met along the way. So let me help you with your dream of home ownership becoming a reality!
Although my childhood was spent exploring the mountains of Virginia, I always knew that one day I’d be living beneath the wide skies of the west. And so many years later, here I am, calling Wyoming home. There’s something magical about the Cowboy State-its rich heritage of exploration and adventure are right at home with what people expect from the Rockies, but there’s also a degree of simplicity in life here that lends itself to being quietly humbled by the age-old peaks and valleys formed by time. As an alumni of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, I truly appreciate the land management efforts, recreational opportunities and conservation initiatives that Wyoming holds to keep this area wild and free. Sublette County is recognized around the world as a haven for diverse wildlife, important migration routes, blue-ribbon fly fishing, and the most rugged and beautiful terrain in the Rocky Mountain west, and as an avid outdoorsman I cannot imagine a better place to call home. With my extensive personal experience in both residential and commercial real estate, agribusiness and outfitting, I can identify with the objectives of nearly any client interested in this area. I look forward to working with you!
I was born in the mountains of southern Colorado, and have spent time exploring a variety of small towns across the west, ultimately coming home to Pinedale and the Wind River Range. I love Pinedale’s community-minded citizens, and the countless recreational opportunities of Sublette County. After exploring so many western towns, I can say that Pinedale and Sublette County truly is the Best in the West. With extensive experience in both the banking and customer service fields, my friendly “can-do” attitude makes me an ideal representative for clients looking for some assistance navigating the market. My strong work ethic and commitment to follow-through ensures that my clients are well cared for, from start to finish, whether they are buying or selling.
I was raised in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree before getting married and moving to Wyoming. I am a third-generation Sublette County resident-most of my extended family still lives in this area. My family made annual trips to Pinedale, and now I’m excited to raise my own family here, and to expose my kids to the boundless recreational opportunities Sublette County has to offer. From skiing, boating, four-wheeling, camping, hiking, snow machining-this area offers a unique and authentic backdrop for families who love the outdoors. Shortly after relocating to Pinedale, I began my career as a real estate agent, but prior to that, I worked as a Health, Wellness and Safety Coordinator for a large company in Iowa. In addition to my current position with High Mountain Real Estate, I also work with a local construction company which gives me unique, on-the-ground experience into the processes of home building, renovation and excavation. Over the years and my variety of work experiences, I found that my passion is working with and helping people. I truly enjoy real estate and I look forward to the opportunity to help you find your home in this incredible community.
I have been lucky enough to live in Wyoming since 2010 and to call Pinedale home since 2016. My husband and I could not imagine raising our daughters anywhere else. Originally from Ohio, life’s adventures took me out to California where I met my husband Mitch. As a child my husband spent many summers here in Wyoming with his grandmother’s family who are original homesteaders in Carbon County. In 2010 we decided to make the move to Wyoming and we have never looked back. After 5 years of living in the Rock Springs area, we were excited when the opportunity presented itself for us to move to Pinedale.
Prior to living in Wyoming, I worked for a small chain pharmacy in Northern California where I spent the last 5 years there in management. Although I loved my job working in pharmacy, I have always had a passion for real estate. When we moved to Pinedale, I knew I wanted to pursue this passion. In addition to being a realtor, I also own ARRIVED vacation home care management.
