CRS
The
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest
Designation awarded to sales associates in the
residential
sales
field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional
accomplishments in both experience and education.
Cynde
is one of only two CRS's in Sublette
County. To
receive the CRS designation, REALTORS®
must
demonstrate
outstanding professional achievements--including
high-volume sales--and pursue advanced
training
in areas such as finance, marketing and
technology. They must also maintain membership
in the
NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
and abide by its Code of Ethics.

GRI®
The
GRI Designation Program Developed for members
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
and
offered through State REALTOR® Associations, the GRI
program includes 90 hours of coursework
on
various topics such as marketing and servicing listed
properties to real estate law.

e-PRO®
The
e-PRO Certification is a technology based designation
and the only one available from the NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION
of REALTORS®. e-PRO® is
specifically designed to help real estate
professionals
thrive
in the competitive world of online real estate.
Realizing the importance of technology
training,
the National Association of REALTORS®
(NAR) created a comprehensive Technology
Certification
course. The real estate industry has undergone a
fundamental change over the past
five
years. Today, more than 85% of all buyers and
sellers begin their search online. e-PRO®
certified
agents have knowledge and tools needed to provide
clients with the information they
need
and the customer service they demand. It's both
hi-tech and hi-touch.

An
ABR designees
join more than 30,000 real estate professionals in
North America
who have earned the
ABRâ
designation. All were required to successfully
complete a comprehensive course in buyer
representation
and an elective course focusing on a buyer
representation specialty, both in addition to
submitting
documentation verifying professional experience.
REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's
largest association of real estate professionals
focusing specifically on representing the real estate
buyer.

CNHS
The
CNHS designation training covers architectural design
and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building
site design, evaluating quality construction,
materials, methods, construction terminology and
scheduling. Studies also include successful
buyer/builder relations, all aspects of customer
service and
the use of various organizational tools
and systems.

RCC
The
RCC designation is earned as a result of successfully
completing extensive coursework covering
major
aspects of residential construction, materials,
methods and design. This knowledge provides a
foundation that allows graduates to communicate more
confidently and professionally with buyers,
sellers,
appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers
and construction professionals. This
expertise
positions them to better help their customers make
their best decisions -- sets them apart
as
true real estate professionals assuring both customer
satisfaction and referrals.
